XULT STUDIO / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Draft for review • Last updated 4 November 2026

XULT Studio is an Australian sole-trader digital growth business. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us or engage our services.

Legal operator: [Sole trader’s full legal name] • ABN: [ABN to be inserted]

01 / Information we collect

We may collect your name, business email address, company name, website address and information you choose to share in messages, project discussions or service engagements. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have agreed how to handle it.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, access times and security logs, to operate and protect their services. Information submitted through our website inquiry form is processed through Framer and sent to our business email.

02 / How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, understand business needs, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, manage client communications and keep appropriate business records. We may also use it to maintain website security, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations.

We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably needed for these purposes. We do not sell personal information.

03 / Service providers

Framer provides our website platform and hosting. Information processed through the website may be handled by Framer and its service providers to deliver, maintain and secure the site.

Google Workspace is our platform for business email, documents and related administration. Relevant correspondence and business records may be stored and processed through Google’s services. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

04 / Potential inquiry tracking

If inquiry tracking is introduced, we may use Google Sheets within Google Workspace to record contact details, inquiry summaries, follow-up notes and progress. Access should be limited to people who need that information for business purposes.

This describes a potential workflow, not a currently connected inquiry service. It does not enable the website form or confirm that any inquiry has been delivered.

05 / When we share information

We may share relevant information with service providers and, where needed for an agreed engagement, professional advisers or specialists assisting with delivery. We aim to limit sharing to what is necessary for the purpose.

We may also disclose information where you authorise us to do so, where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address security incidents.

06 / International processing

Framer, Google and their service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Processing locations depend on the services used, provider infrastructure and account settings.

We consider privacy and security when selecting providers, but cannot promise that all information will remain in Australia. Contact us if the location of processing is important to your engagement.

07 / How long we keep information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal requirements.

Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is held. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete it or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements and provider backup cycles.

08 / Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. Appropriate measures may include access restrictions, account security controls and careful handling of business records.

No website, email service or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other highly sensitive information through general inquiries.

09 / Privacy requests and concerns

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We will consider your request and respond within a reasonable time. Legal obligations, record-keeping requirements or other lawful reasons may limit what we can provide or delete. We will explain any relevant limitation.

10 / Cookies and analytics

Framer and other services needed to operate the website may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies for functionality, security and service operation. Your browser settings can help you manage or remove cookies, although this may affect website functionality.

This policy does not state that any optional analytics or advertising tool is enabled. If analytics or additional tracking is introduced, we will review the disclosure and any consent requirements before use.

11 / Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated revision date.
